Requirements
- 7+ years of roofing or construction experience
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in varying weather and jobsite conditions
Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing crews and active job sites
- Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
- Train, mentor, and develop crew members
- Communicate with customers throughout projects
- Monitor job costs and stay within budget
