About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Roofing Superintendent who can lead crews, own job quality, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. If you’re the type who solves problems in the field—not behind a desk—this is your role. This position is critical to our operations, overseeing both commercial and residential roofing projects while driving safety, quality, and crew performance.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years as a Superintendent in roofing or construction
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified, Tile, etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot leaks and solve field issues quickly
  • Experience managing crews and driving accountability
  • Comfortable with schedules, inspections, and job tracking
  • OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 within 90 days)
  • Valid Florida driver’s license

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage roofing crews and subcontractors in the field
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specs
  • Run job sites—scheduling, inspections, materials, and progress tracking
  • Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and field personnel
  • Oversee job costing, labor efficiency, and budget adherence
  • Conduct job site inspections and resolve issues in real-time
  • Coordinate dispatch, payroll approvals, and reporting
