About The Position

Bone Dry is seeking a qualified Roofing Supervisor to join our Roofing Division. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with homeowners throughout all stages of a project, from initial consultation to completion. This role requires strong professional communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships. The Roofing Supervisor will be responsible for initiating projects by meeting with homeowners, coordinating material pickups, and ensuring quality control across all roofing projects.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check
Ability to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs
1-2 Years of industry experience
Honest customer service focus and diligent mindset
Previous experience working with roofing preferred
Prior management experience is preferred

Represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.
Ensure all equipment and materials are ready for jobs prior to start.
Start all jobs by meeting with the homeowner, to answer any questions, and highlight additional services to emphasize Bone Dryâs full home solutions capabilities.
Ensure quality control on all production jobs.
Fill out all subcontractor pay sheets.
Do a final walk through with the homeowner and subcontractor.
Ensure all OSHA and Bone Dry safety precautions as described in the Bone Dry Safety manual are being followed on job sites.
