Requirements

  • Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through canvassing and door-to-door outreach
  • Build, manage, and follow up on your pipeline of customers
  • Oversee roofing projects from initial inspection to completion
  • Perform roof inspections (ladder climbing required)
  • Provide exceptional customer communication and support
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain professionalism and high-quality service for every homeowner
  • Work a standard 40-hour week with occasional weekends
