Position Overview: We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Roofing Sales Consultant to join our Kansas City team, especially as we head into storm season , when demand is at its highest. In this role, you will generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods, perform roof inspections, and guide homeowners through repair or replacement options, including the insurance claim process when applicable. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment with strong earning potential.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or related industries (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in public speaking and presentations
- Proven track record in sales (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
- Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
- Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
- Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
- Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
- Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals
- Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
- Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
