We’re hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Construction Manager to oversee on-site operations and lead field crews in delivering high-quality roofing projects on time and within budget. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing construction management experience
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and construction plans
- Effective communicator and highly organized
- Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Manage daily field operations, crews, and project execution
- Oversee jobsite safety, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure OSHA compliance
- Monitor production schedules, labor needs, and material deliveries
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, foremen, and subcontractors
- Review estimates and construction drawings for accuracy and efficiency
- Track project documentation including daily reports and photos
- Supervise quality control, inspections, and close-out procedures
- Order and secure materials and equipment needed for job progress
- Recruit and evaluate employees, conduct performance reviews
- Respond to warranty calls and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
