About The Position

We are hiring a Construction / Roofing Sales Representative to drive residential and light commercial roofing sales in the Lincoln, NE market. This role focuses on business development, customer relationship management, and guiding projects from initial consultation through signed contract. The ideal candidate is motivated, confident in face-to-face sales, and experienced in construction or in-home sales environments.

Requirements

Experience in roofing, construction sales, or in-home sales preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple leads and sales opportunities simultaneously
Comfortable working in the field and meeting customers face-to-face
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Self-motivated with strong closing skills
Basic understanding of roofing systems and construction terminology preferred

Responsibilities

Generate and manage roofing sales leads through canvassing, referrals, and inbound inquiries
Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess roofing needs and provide solutions
Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and scopes of work for roofing projects
Educate customers on materials, timelines, and project expectations
Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff
Follow up consistently with prospects to close sales opportunities
Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and contracts
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
