About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager (Commercial Construction) to lead commercial and industrial roofing projects from award through final closeout. This role is responsible for scheduling, field coordination, cost management, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and a proven ability to manage multiple active projects while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

Proven experience managing commercial roofing or construction projects
Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, field teams, and multiple concurrent projects
Solid cost control, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Professional client-facing communication and leadership abilities
Ability to interpret construction drawings, contracts, and specifications
Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as required

Responsibilities

Manage commercial and industrial roofing projects from kickoff through completion
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Monitor job site progress to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality expectations
Administer change orders, maintain project documentation, and oversee closeout procedures
Communicate proactively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
Track costs and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle
