Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
  • Strong process and results driven attitude
  • Physical Ability: Must be comfortable using a ladder and performing inspections at heights.
  • Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain technical construction details to non-technical homeowners.
  • Integrity: A commitment to honest selling—we are a "Faster to any size disaster" brand, and our reputation is everything.
  • Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Truck preferred).
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Actively hunt for new business through canvassing, networking, and following up on company-provided leads.
  • Property Inspections: Perform roof and siding inspections (including climbing ladders and walking roofs) to identify storm damage or wear-and-tear.
  • Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and estimates to homeowners.
  • Insurance Liaison: Work with insurance adjusters to justify "scopes of work" for restoration-based claims.
  • Relationship Management: Manage the customer experience from the initial contract signing through to the final walk-through.
