About The Position

We are a California residential roofing services company providing Roof Maxx rejuvenation and minor roof repair services. We care about quality, safety, and excellent customer experience.

We’re hiring a part-time Roof Technician to support Roof Maxx applications and basic roof repair services. This is a flexible role with predictable scheduling, typically 1-2 days per week, Monday through Friday, 20-40 hours/weekdepending on season and job volume.

Requirements

• Experience in roofing, roof repair, construction or similar preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working on roofs in a safe manner
• Strong communication and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Roofing certifications or training a plus
• Technicians who can confidently handle repairs beyond basic Roof Maxx support will be compensated at a higher rate.

Responsibilities

• Perform Roof Maxx applications and follow all safety protocols
• Assist with minor roof repairs (shingle replacement, small patching)
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Keep equipment and vehicle clean and stocked
• Communicate with office staff daily about schedule and parts/materials
