Roof Repair Technician
About The Position
Royalty Roofing is looking for experienced Roofing Repair Technicians to join our elite team. We offer year-round work, strong pay, and a role that values your skills without the grueling 12-hour days under the sun. What You'll Do: Diagnose and repair roof leaks on residential and commercial buildings Perform siding and gutter repairs Use a metal brake for trim and fascia work Install and repair windows and skylights Take required job photos and documentation throughout the project Ensure installations meet code and manufacturer specs Pick up and return jobsite materials and supplies
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with homeowners and teammates
- Confidence walking and inspecting steep and multi-story roofs
- Roof leak diagnosis & repairs
- Roofing installation (all major systems)
- Siding installation & repair
- Windows and skylight installs
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willing to work Monday-Saturday during peak season

- Carpentry and handyman experience
