To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious Robotic Service Engineer (m/f/d) to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions. Requirements

  • Technical expertise: highly proficient with computers and software -> work with our innovative No-Code robot programming software
  • Training in automation technology, e.g., as a mechatronics engineer, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial experience in commissioning or maintaining automation solutions or similar technologies—and enthusiasm for innovative technical challenges.
  • Mobility and customer focus: You have a driver's license, enjoy traveling – up to. 70% throughout the US – and love supporting customers on site. In doing so, you ensure that our systems run reliably, understand their needs, and actively contribute to successful projects.
  • Structured approach to work: Precise documentation and clear communication are a matter of course for you.
  • Team spirit and problem-solving skills: You enjoy working with different departments and find pragmatic solutions that comply with standards or set new benchmarks.
  • Language skills: Very good English skills round off your profile, german is a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and replacement of components on existing systems and performance of fault analyses for rapid restoration of production capability.
  • Optimization of robot systems in our modern Robflow no-code programming interface – from re-teaching positions to process adjustments based on your findings.
  • Remote support for customer systems, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and assistance with technical issues.
  • Proactive process evaluation for early detection of potential malfunctions, as well as collaboration with product development and solution engineering—your feedback is crucial for improving future systems.
