About The Position

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Acts as the main point of contact for all builder matters, concerns and needs. Builds and strengthens client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships Maintains accurate builder records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals as required Develops a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients Takes inquiries and requests from builders to address service needs Stays on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs Meets regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve service to builders Generates progress reports to give to Sales Manager and leadership Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly Keeps management informed on competitive positions and action as well provide feedback on competitive positioning Keeps Senior Management informed of activities and progress toward established sales goals & objectives Completes required reports and related documents promptly and accurately. Ensure the accuracy of all reports and accounting records Continually searches for ways to improve results and effectiveness. Requirements

1+ years of sales or related experience
High school diploma or GED
Intermediate computer skills and able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license required
Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required.

Nice To Haves

3-5 years of sales experience within a construction/HVAC or home services environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and receiving positive feedback
Consultative and collaborative selling approach
Ability to follow through on commitments to customers, internal and external
Must be organized and able to coordinate a large volume of requests
Proactive mindset
Mechanical aptitude
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
