Position: RN – Skilled Nursing Available Shifts: 7-3 pm, 3-11pm, 11-7 am Starting Pay: Up to $38 per hour (based on experience, certifications, shifts) $2000 Sign On Bonus for FT positions $1000 for PT $6000 Annual Retention Bonus for FT positions
Requirements
- A current RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact state).
- A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
- Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.
