About the Role The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in delivering safe, evidence-based medical care to individuals in residential treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. As an essential member of the multidisciplinary team, the RN provides clinical oversight, conducts assessments, administers medications, responds to medical needs, and supports the therapeutic milieu through trauma-informed care. This role ensures that all nursing services are delivered in alignment with regulatory standards, professional guidelines, and the organization’s commitment to high-quality, person-centered care.
