The RN Triage Coordinator is responsible for monitoring all chats, pool messages, and call queues, and provides support to the Assistant Nurse Manager. This role involves assessing patient health problems and needs through telephone contact with patients, parents, or guardians, particularly when call volumes are high. The coordinator will support clinic practices by adhering to established protocols for communication, ensuring a patient-centered approach. Key functions include proper triage and escalation of cases to clinic providers, as well as escalating any concerns related to the RN Triage team to the Assistant Nurse Manager.
