Requirements

Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
Minimum 2 years of acute care or LTACH experience required
BLS required
ACLS required
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and team communication skills
A passion for complex care and staff development

Nice To Haves

Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide night-shift supervision and support for clinical staff across all units
Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered nursing care
Coordinate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on patient needs and staff assignments
Act as a resource for critical clinical decisions and emergency response situations
Support compliance with all regulatory standards, documentation, and hospital policies
Mentor, coach, and empower night shift team members in their clinical and professional growth
