Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $32.50 - $48.50 Position Highlights May be eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus 1-3 years working in a clinical environment. 8am-8:30pm, weekend - every 4th, holiday 2-3 per year, minimal call time. A Brief Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospital at Home provides acute-level nursing care to patients receiving hospital services in their homes. This role delivers comprehensive, evidence-based clinical care consistent with inpatient standards while promoting patient safety, comfort, and recovery in the home setting. The RN functions as part of an interdisciplinary care team and is responsible for assessment, clinical intervention, care coordination, and patient education within the Hospital at Home model.
