The RN Program Coordinator is a clinical expert responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring assigned program initiatives across Adena Health System. The role includes leadership in developing and evaluating clinical pathways, policies, and performance improvement projects, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
  • Registered Nurse with current Ohio License
  • Specialty Certification in program area obtained within 18 months of hire
  • 3–5 years recent clinical experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
  • TCRN – Trauma Certified Registered Nurse
  • SANE-A – Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner – Adult/Adolescent
  • SCRN – Stroke Certified Registered Nurse
  • CPHQ – Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality or other nationally recognized certifications applicable to the program focus
  • Program coordination, performance improvement, or clinical education experience
