Job Summary: Audits clinical documentation, provides training as necessary, serves in a clinical documentation support role and provides periodic compliance reporting. Monitors, audits, analyzes reliability functions for assigned units. Ensures staff are providing care in line with regulatory policy. Ensures documentation of care is compliant with regulations. Provides direction and expert guidance to staff. Runs program(s) with moderate budget/impact.
