About The Position

TFI offers comprehensive reproductive healthcare services, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), elective egg freezing, access to donors and surrogates and fertility preservation services for oncology patients. The 6,000-square-foot-Institute features an on-site fertility clinic, as well as innovative technology with a state-of-the-art IVF laboratory. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Clinical Regulatory Compliance, the Embryo Donation - Third Party Coordinator is responsible for potential Embryo donors and Embryo recipients in coordination of their entrance and participation in the anonymous donation program. Our Third Party/Embryo Donation Coordinator is responsible for maintaining FDA compliance. Third Party Coordinator completes screening requirements for Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers prior to cycle coordination. Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, with holiday and w eekend call rotation (minimum 1 weekend Sat/Sun per 4 weeks).

Requirements

Hold a State of TN Registered Nurse License as a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
IVF experience required and/or Third- Party experience
CPR Certification

Responsibilities

Conducts comprehensive evaluations to determine donor eligibility
Coordinates the recipient matching process
Sends introductory letters to recipients explaining the program
Matches recipients with anonymous embryo donors
Shares donor and recipient information with Primary MD pod nurses for cycle coordination
Coordinates screening for known embryo donors and recipients with the Third Party team
Maintains an accurate, up-to-date database of anonymous donated embryos
Collaborates with the IVF Lab Director to ensure current standards and best practices in anonymous embryo donation
Stays current on medications, trends, and techniques in assisted reproductive technology (ART)
Assists with special projects as assigned
Participates in ongoing ART-related continuing education
Follows all practice policies and procedures
Performs additional duties as requested by the Director of Clinical Regulatory Compliance and physicians
Works closely with nurses and administrative staff to support clear and effective communication
Maintains strict patient confidentiality
