About The Position

RN - Quality Assurance located at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center (primary location) and Providence Milwaukie Hospital (secondary location), with occasional travel to Providence Newberg Medical Center. The position is primarily onsite but offers occasional hybrid (remote) work. This is a full time, day shift position with a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm work schedule. Provides assessment, evaluation and support for all quality initiatives within PHS Oregon. Provides concurrent and retrospective support managing initiatives to comply and in accordance with Center for Medicare and Medicaid requirements, The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements, administrative and program personnel, and third party payors. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 5 years - Clinical experience
  • 5 years - Hospital experience in a progressively responsible position(s) requiring contact with various departments
  • Demonstrated clinical experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with physicians, nursing, public, and all levels of hospital manage ment

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree - Nursing, Public Health, Business, Healthcare or Business Administration
  • Adult medical surgical experience
