About The Position

Interim HealthCare Staffing is URGENTLY seeking experienced Phone Triage Registered Nurses for a Potential Work Stoppage supporting a large, multi-clinic healthcare organization with primary and specialty care locations across the Twin Cities metro area. This role is focused on telephonic patient triage and clinical decision support . Candidates must be willing to work and cross a picket line if a work stoppage occurs. Requirements

  • Active RN license in Minnesota AND Wisconsin (required)
  • Prior phone triage, in-person triage, or phone-based nursing experience strongly preferred
  • Current BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers (AHA or Red Cross only)
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple calls and priorities
  • Willing to work and cross a picket line if a work stoppage occurs
