About The Position
Interim HealthCare Staffing is URGENTLY seeking experienced Hospice Registered Nurses for a Potential Work Stoppage supporting a large, multi-clinic healthcare organization with primary and specialty care locations across the Twin Cities metro area. This role is focused on hospice care . Candidates must be willing to work and cross a picket line if a work stoppage occurs. Role Highlights: Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients Perform comprehensive patient assessments and symptom management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Support patients and families with education and emotional care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Schedule: This will be for a 7-day period starting on or around February 1st . Requirements
- Active Minnesota RN license
- Hospice or end-of-life care experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers (AHA or Red Cross)
- Strong communication, assessment, and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently in dynamic care environments
- Candidates must be willing to work and cross a picket line if a work stoppage occurs
