About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as an ECMO Program Coordinator at a well-established acute care hospital in Palm Beach County. This is a full-time, day-shift leadership opportunity focused on program coordination, clinical excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration within cardiovascular critical care. This role is ideal for an ICU nurse with strong clinical expertise who is passionate about advancing ECMO services and driving quality outcomes. Experienced ECMO nurses are highly preferred; however, seasoned ICU nurses interested in transitioning into ECMO will be considered.

Requirements

  • Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must meet Florida requirements)
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
  • ACLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
  • ICU experience required

Nice To Haves

  • ECMO experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate the development, implementation, and daily operations of the ECMO program
  • Collaborate closely with perfusion services, mechanical circulatory support teams, and cardiovascular critical care teams
  • Assist with protocol development, process improvement, and program optimization
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards
  • Provide clinical leadership and subject matter expertise within the ECMO and critical care environment
  • Promote interdisciplinary communication to ensure patient safety and optimal patient outcomes
