About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care in an acute care setting. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while ensuring high standards of clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license or compact license
• Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 90 days
• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred
• Acute care experience required (no recent LTAC experience)
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and basic computer skills

• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for Med/Surg patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Monitor patient progress and review diagnostic results
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
