Requirements
- Active LPN CNA license
- 1+ year facility-based experience
- American Heart Association BLS
- COVID vaccine
- PPD within 12 months
- MMR and Varicella Vaccine
- Ability to lift 50 lbs , stand, walk, and bend without restrictions
- Specialty credentialing required for Middle Peninsula positions
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patients, LPN RN
- Provide wound care and tracheostomy care, LPN RN
- Collect specimens and monitor intake/output RNLPN CNA
- Assist with ADLs and patient supervision, LPN, CNA
- Communicate with providers and respond to emergencies, RN LPN
- Supervise CNAs and maintain narcotic logs, RN LPN
