About The Position

Requirements

• Active LPN CNA license
• 1+ year facility-based experience
• American Heart Association BLS
• COVID vaccine
• PPD within 12 months
• MMR and Varicella Vaccine
• Ability to lift 50 lbs , stand, walk, and bend without restrictions
• Specialty credentialing required for Middle Peninsula positions
• Local applicants only – Middle Peninsula/Gloucester/Newprot News, VA

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patients, LPN RN
• Provide wound care and tracheostomy care, LPN RN
• Collect specimens and monitor intake/output RNLPN CNA
• Assist with ADLs and patient supervision, LPN, CNA
• Communicate with providers and respond to emergencies, RN LPN
• Supervise CNAs and maintain narcotic logs, RN LPN
