Requirements

  • Active RN License
  • 3 Year Minimum Experience in the ICU, PCU, Tele, med surge,ED or cath lab within the past 4 years.
  • BLS/ACLS
  • Quanteferon within one year
  • Covid Vaccine or Exemption
  • Specialty RN positions will require additional Credentials

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in fast-paced acute care environments
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
  • Operate and monitor specialized equipment appropriate to unit assignment (e.g., cardiac monitors, ventilators, hemodynamic devices)
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Perform advanced nursing skills consistent with ICU, PCU, ED, or Cath Lab standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines
  • Provide patient and family education as appropriate
  • Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism when floating or adapting to various clinical settings
