We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of RN Radiation/Oncology at varying levels (I, II). The selected candidate will be placed at the appropriate level based on qualifications and experience. All levels contribute to patient care under the supervision of licensed medical professionals, with increasing responsibilities at higher levels. Primary Responsibilities: RN Radiation-Oncology I/II: The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care by applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills, and for ensuring the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational, and professional standards. RN Hematology-Oncology II: Includes all duties of RN Hematology-Oncology Nurse You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an approved RN program
  • Valid and current Texas RN license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
  • 1+ year of RN experience
  • Ability to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population
  • Computer proficiency
  • Experience with EMRs
  • Proven clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work flexible work hours
  • Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of RN experience with at least 1+ years of experience in Oncology or related experience
