About The Position

Requirements

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous homecare nursing experience required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel within Chesterfield Twp and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients as prescribed by physicians.
• Assess patient health and monitor progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and post-hospital care.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
