Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.

- Reliable transportation for traveling to patient homes.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and document all nursing activities accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions and promoting wellness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate holistic patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
- Travel to patient homes in Woodhaven and surrounding areas for scheduled visits.
