The RN Clinical Services Manager serves as a key clinical leader, translating strategy into execution while supporting site leadership, ensuring compliance, and driving consistency across locations. The Clinical Services Manager is a Registered Nurse responsible for the execution and oversight of daily clinical operations across multiple outpatient locations. Reporting directly to executive clinical leadership, this role ensures consistent clinical standards, regulatory compliance, staff accountability, and standardized workflows. The position bridges clinical excellence with operational execution to support patient care quality, provider efficiency, and organizational performance.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact eligibility
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive RN experience, including clinical leadership or management
  • Experience in ambulatory, specialty, or physician-led outpatient practices strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership in multi-site healthcare operations
  • Strong understanding of outpatient workflows, staffing models, and regulatory standards
  • Ability to lead managers and supervisors in complex clinical environments

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; ADN considered with significant experience
  • Master’s degree (MSN, MHA, MBA) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide RN-level clinical oversight across all practice locations
  • Execute clinical and operational strategies consistently across sites
  • Ensure compliance with nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and clinical protocols
  • Serve as a clinical escalation resource for site leadership
  • Monitor site-level performance metrics including quality, access, throughput, and staffing
  • Hold site managers and supervisors accountable to clinical and operational KPIs
  • Identify workflow gaps, patient safety risks, and compliance concerns
  • Lead development, implementation, and enforcement of standardized clinical workflows and SOPs
  • Ensure consistent clinical processes across locations while accommodating specialty needs
  • Partner with providers and leadership to optimize care delivery models
  • Collaborate with HR on clinical staffing models, workforce planning, and performance management
  • Support onboarding, training, and development of clinical leadership staff
  • Reinforce professional nursing standards, accountability, and culture
  • Proactively identify operational, clinical, and compliance risks
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and OSHA standards
  • Lead or support quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in audits, reviews, and corrective action planning
