About The Position
The RN Operations supports daily clinical operations at the Miyo Youth Wellness Center by coordinating nursing services, supporting clinical workflows, and ensuring high-quality, culturally grounded care for youth and families under the direction of the Medical Director.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Experience in clinical nursing practice.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient care coordination.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in clinical operations, leadership, or supervisory roles.
- Experience working in youth, community, or tribal health settings.
- Knowledge of culturally grounded or integrated care models.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily nursing and clinical operations at the Miyo Center.
- Support care coordination, clinical workflows, and scheduling.
- Provide day-to-day operational guidance to nursing and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and standards.
- Assist with quality improvement, documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary teams.
