This is a part time, 8-hr day shift, partially remote position ideally working 2-3 days per week, ideally Thursdays, Fridays and every other Wednesday from 8am-5pm. Training will ideally be full time for ~4 weeks onsite from 7:30am-4pm. Once trained, this will be a fully remote position. Training is located at the Anderson Medical pavilion in La Jolla as a part of the Urogynecology team. Why join Scripps Health? Join a very collaborative team and experience a different side of women’s health. What You'll do: This position is about 50%25 administrative (triage, remote) and 50%25 in-person procedures. Support two doctors and one physician assistant (PA) in a fast-paced environment. Performing in-office procedures as well as triaging and managing in-basket messages. Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience. Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice. Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration. You will also work collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
