This is a Full time, benefited RN position working 10-hr day shifts. Business hours are Monday-Friday from 7am-5:30pm. Located in La Jolla at the Anderson Medical Pavilion in the GI Lab. Provides direct patient care to high acuity patients in a complex department within the scope of practice. Engages in complex clinical procedures and may provide clinical assessments to surgical patients in the hospital setting. Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration. Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care. #LI-JS1

Requirements

  • Completion of accredited RN program
  • Minimum 1 year RN experience
  • Current CA RN License
  • BLS & ACLS through the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year procedural RN experience
  • Inpatient RN experience
  • GI Lab experience
  • ER, ICU, Procedural (IR, cath lab) PACU experience preferred
  • BSN
