About The Position

We are a growing, fast-paced, physician-led office specializing in the treatment of kidney disease, and we are seeking a full-time RN Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations and support exceptional patient care. This role requires a licensed Registered Nurse who will oversee both clinical and front-desk teams, partner closely with our physicians, and ensure the smooth functioning of all clinical and administrative processes. Key responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, coordinating patient care workflows, supporting clinical programs, maintaining regulatory compliance, onboarding and developing employees, and contributing to clinic quality and productivity goals. The right candidate will be a strong communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a multi-tasking environment focused on service excellence. Our clinics operate Monday through Friday with no weekend or holiday requirements, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and an exceptional retirement plan.

Requirements

  • Active RN license
  • Prior medical office experience (five years preferred)
  • At least two years of supervisory or medical practice management experience
  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Strong leadership abilities, including critical thinking, conflict management, communication, and team development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with clinical and front-office workflows
  • Understanding of scheduling, eligibility, and prior authorizations
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Strong work ethic
  • Professionalism
  • Ability to support a positive, patient-centered environment

Nice To Haves

  • BSN or Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration
  • EPIC experience
