What You’ll Be Doing (High Level) Providing skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes Educating and supporting patients and caregivers Managing medications, symptoms, and complex clinical needs Collaborating closely with physicians and care teams Supervising LPNs and CNAs as appropriate This role is best suited for an RN excited about leadership, growth, and helping build a new service line.
