Requirements

Graduate of approved nursing program required
RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
ACLS - Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 3 months of hire or transfer into job

Responsibilities

As a nurse in one of our operating rooms, you will have the unique opportunity to partner with highly skilled surgeons and guide staff though multiple disciplines, develop close relationships with specialists and anesthesiologists alike, and be able to make a difference in the lives of thousands.
You can expect to see the following types of cases: Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) on and off pump, Aortic Valve replacement(s) (both SAVR and TAVR), Mitral Valve Replacements and Repairs and many more.
