About The Position

100% FTE, day shift, between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at the Digestive Health Center and 20 S. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: Provide care for hepatology related conditions including Hepatitis C, Cirrhosis, Fatty Liver and more. Participate in multi-disciplinary clinics for hepatology patients, including the hepatology provider, addiction medicine provider and social worker. Utilize the Fibroscan for in clinic liver ultrasounds. Provide quality care to in a compassionate patient and family-centered environment. Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness and education and provide chronic condition management/education. Assume responsibility and accountability for effectively managing nursing care of individual patients. Utilizing thorough triaging skills. Requirements

Graduate of school of nursing Required
Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
6 months of RN experience Required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
Relevant RN experience Preferred
Applicable clinical certification Preferred
