Risk & Safety Manager Reporting: Position reports to the Director of Risk & Safety CWS Portfolio: 105 properties, 30,000+ A units in North Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and Washington. Delight the customer What You Will Do: As a Risk & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering the company’s risk management and loss prevention programs. Specific areas of focus will include: workplace safety, timely and accurate investigation of accidents, coordination between insurance companies and CWS personnel, and ongoing review of pertinent legal updates across the country. The overriding emphasis will be to maintain safety programs that are compliant and effective in minimizing losses and protecting people and property.
