Requirements

1+ years of experience working with cross functional teams
Meticulous attention to detail with a dedication to always getting it right
Ability to establish priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including tact, confidence and diplomacy when discussing challenging topics
A process-oriented mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Comfort working in a dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing processes
Positive “can-do” attitude

Nice To Haves

Experience with cloud-based software (Salesforce, Google Docs) a plus
Interest in solar/sustainability a plus

Responsibilities

Communicate and manage logistics with colleagues and Sungage’s financing partners to resolve project-level issues
Conduct installer-level quality assurance by executing Sungage's initial vetting and ongoing monitoring processes
Triaging internal fraud notifications and tracking to aid in resolution or escalating where necessary
Execute methods to flag installer risk metrics, including tracking customer complaints and shepherding installers through review process to resolution
Assist in developing and implementing new operational processes and in driving efficiency through improvements
Ensure that Sungage’s risk and operational processes are accessible to all stakeholders by maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation and by cross-training internal staff
Execute and deliver ad-hoc and recurring reporting assignments to internal and external audiences
Support the Operations team by completing assigned project work ranging from individual deliverables to entire projects
