About The Position

Under direction of the VP, Risk Management Officer, this position manages various aspects of vendor management, business continuity management and corporate insurance administration. This position will have varied responsibilities including project management, drafting and updating BCP & vendor management documentation, completing annual insurance renewal applications, administrative responsibilities with third party platforms, data input, coordinating meetings and documenting relevant information, instructing key personnel on preparing due diligence documentation and tracking.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00 at our Plymouth Corporate Office location; exempt.
  • Associate’s degree, preferably in Business or related, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in credit union/banking operations preferred; preferably in operations, auditing, compliance or a related function.
  • Working knowledge of credit union structure and standards, security principles, and general knowledge of financial institution operations.
  • Familiarity with financial institution’s applicable policies and procedures.
  • PC experience to include a general working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and Web browsers.
  • Strong analytical ability, ability to adapt guidance to credit union systems and operations and an aptitude for attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently the majority of the time and collaboratively as needed.
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
