Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Risk Management Coordinator to join our Risk Management Department. POSITION SUMMARY: The Risk Management Department protects the financial and reputational integrity of the Company by aggressively mitigating and managing known risks and proactively identifying and planning for future risks. We serve the Company by building relationships and trust and acting as a valued partner and resource. The Risk Management Coordinator will play a key role in the Department by performing a variety of duties such as monitoring and managing the Department’s general email inbox; sorting, scanning, and delivering mail; answering incoming phone calls; performing data entry; auditing claims; contacting injured workers; prepare claim letters; billing review and submission; department data tracking; and other tasks. Due to the nature of the position, the Risk Management Coordinator is expected to work in the office.
