The essential functions of this position include addressing inquiries, preparing correspondence and reports, providing staff support, maintaining files, performing data entry, assisting the Risk Manager with administrative tasks, renewals, processing certificates and endorsement requests, and processing insurance claims, bond requests, and documentation for lawsuits. The role also involves front desk receptionist relief, attending company-sponsored events, multitasking, and being a team player.
