About The Position

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy Digital Risk Management Analyst to support tactical risk management activities within the client's Digital Governance and Risk function. This role will focus on identifying, documenting, and tracking digital and cyber risks, collaborating with risk owners, and assisting with remediation planning and data migration efforts as part of an ongoing GRC transformation. Key Responsibilities Risk Identification & Documentation: Identify, document, and categorize digital and cyber risks in the client's authoritative source of record (Archer), ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaboration with Risk Owners: Partner with risk owners to understand risk nature and impact, providing guidance on assessment and mitigation strategies. Risk Assessment & Analysis: Conduct risk assessments to evaluate likelihood and impact, ensuring alignment with organizational frameworks. Remediation Planning: Work with risk owners to develop and finalize remediation plans addressing gaps and vulnerabilities. Status Tracking & Updates: Monitor remediation progress and update risk status in Archer. Reporting & Communication: Prepare concise reports on risk status, trends, and remediation progress for leadership and cybersecurity teams. Audit Support: Assist with internal/external audits by providing documentation and evidence related to digital risk management. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance risk management processes and tools. Remediation Support: Advise risk owners on effective mitigating controls. Operational Support: Assist enterprise risk management functions with key deliverables. Digital Risk Transformation: Support migration of legacy data from SharePoint and other platforms into Archer, including data normalization and quality checks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or GRC functions.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and processes.
  • Proficiency with Archer and SharePoint (preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills for data cleansing and normalization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
