We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Fraud, Risk, and Compliance Abuse Analyst to help identify, investigate, and prevent fraudulent and abusive activity across Podium’s messaging and payment features The ideal candidate thrives to help local businesses win, drives innovation, and is confident in ambiguity. While this role is not purely customer-facing in nature, you may be involved in escalations and resolution, and will join customer meetings when appropriate. The Risk and Abuse Analyst will report directly to the Technical Support Manager.
