The Risk Analyst is responsible for supporting oversight and execution of Nicolet’s risk activities across all revenue and operational lines of business. This role will work with partners of all levels in the organization to foster a solid risk management culture across Nicolet and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations. This may include, but not limited to supporting: Governance, Policy Management, Risk Management Projects, RCSA Program and other special assignments as needed. As a Risk Analyst you will: Provide support to the Chief Risk Officer in the execution of various risk management related projects/topics in support of the continued evolution of risk management. Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of financial institution regulatory requirements, emerging reporting standards, and regulatory entities. In conjunction with other risk team members, support management of the internal and external regulatory relationships of the bank. Maintain and continue to enhance Nicolet’s sound risk culture, while holding true to Nicolet’s core values and three circles philosophy. Uphold Nicolet’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.
