SUMMARY: This role researches, secures and processes easements quit claims for transmission and distribution rights-of-ways. Researches land ownership and existing easement rights for property. Facilitates acquisition and/or prepares and secures permits from government agencies and railroads. The incumbent must obtain and maintain a Notary Public seal for the States in which services are rendered. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: COMPLEXITY OF WORK: Semi-routine; majority of work covered by established procedures. RELATIONSHIP OUTSIDE WORK GROUP: Influences decisions of moderate nature requiring high degree of tact.
