The Right of Way Program Manager is accountable for project deliverables from conception through to completion, including quality assurance, risk assessment, milestone development, forecasting, managing scope creep within the defined scope from the client and delivering projects on time and on budget. The Associate Project Manager will have direct communication with the client and be responsible for meeting client expectations.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of Right of Way acquisition experience
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • TREC or TREC-ERW license
  • 5+ years’ experience supervising people
  • Certification as SR/WA and/or PMP
  • Must be a Houston area resident
  • Knowledge of Texas condemnation processes.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing sub-consultants.
  • BS, BA or JD degree in law, business, finance, real estate or energy land management

Responsibilities

  • Develop, Lead and Manage multiple teams internal and external to deliver multiple projects to client.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute project requirements and client standards to deliver client projects.
  • Develop and manage scopes of work, project budgets, project schedules and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Review delieverables to ensure client standards are met or exceeded.
  • Tracking of milestones and preparation of multiple status reports and delivery to client.
  • Develop positive relationships with and within, the client organization.
  • Acting as the daily point of contact for the client and establishing/maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and provide revenue forecasts, burn reports.
  • Assist finance department with AR/AP as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as directed by the division Vice President
